TCM: The record date for dividend payment & annual meeting

Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (TCG) announces the record date to hold the 2010 Annual General Meeting and pay dividend in cash:

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND 10,000

* Ex-right date: February 22, 2010    

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 22 & 23, 2010, sellers will not receive the right.)

* Record date: February 24, 2010

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TCM on February 23, 24 & 25, 2010.
