SZL: Adjusts figures in Quarter IV/2009

According to the resolution of the Board of Directors on October 30th 2010, Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company temporarily apportioned the investment cost of infrastructure in Long Thanh Industrial Zone. Therefore, the opening balance of the undistributed profit after tax was adjusted as follows:

* Figures in the Audited Financial Statements last year: VND 55,115,484,389

* Adjusted figures: VND 262,672,901,273.
