STL: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, profit increased of VND 3.6 billion (36%) compared to that of Quarter III/2009. Song Da - Thang Long JSC explained the increase in operating result in QIV/2009 as follows:

- In Quarter IV/2009, the company completed foundation of the building in U Silk city project. It allowed the company to sell apartments. This made revenue and profit of the company increase unexpectedly.
