BAS: Explanation for QIV business result

Basa Joint Stock Company (BASACO) explained the reasons which made business result in Quarter IV/2009 fluctuated more than 5 percent compared with Quarter III/2009, as follows:

- Influence of global crisis;

- More inventory sold;

- Cutting down expenses;

- Selling redundant assets, which reduced production cost (Depreciation expense) and raised funds for business.

- New aquatic product exported in Quarter IV/2009: Frozen seabass.
