PSI: Increase in charter capital

As approved by the SSC on 25/01/2010 PetroVietnam Securities Joint Stock Company announces the change in charter capital, in which:

- The charter capital before approval: VND 287.250 billion

- The Company’s new charter capital: VND 397.250 billion.
