SRF: Resolution on share buyback

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (SEAREFICO) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

Article 1: Approving SEAREFICO’s share buyback to increase the number of treasury shares:

* Stock name: Stock of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation

* Stock type: Common stock

* Stock code: SRF

* Par value: VND10,000/share

* Expected volume: 800,000 shares

* Expected trading time: From February 8th 2010 to May 8th 2010

* Trading method: Order-matching and put-through

* Financial resource: Surplus capital

* Purchase price: Market price

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized the Director General to implement the buyback.

Article 3: The resolution takes effect from January 21st 2010.
