PHR: The first BOD’s resolution in 2010
Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company (PHURUCO) has announced the first BOD’s resolution in 2010 as follows:
1. The business results in 2009:
Passing the report of business results in 2009 of the Directorate with the following items:
* Exploitation production: 24,092.17 tons of dry rubbers (104.75% of the 2009 plan)
* Collection production: 5,430.86 tons of dry rubber (155.14% of the 2009 plan)
* Capacity of gardens: 2.04 tons/ha
* Processing: 28,993.04 tons of kinds of latex (Including 10,480.11 tons of SVRCV50- SVRCV60 – 36.15% of product structure)
* Sales: 32,393.21 tons of latex in finished goods
* Average price: VND31,867,607/tons
* Total revenue: VND1,039.613 (Including VND852,036 billion of revenue from the company’s gardens equivalent to 148.96% of the first plan and 117.04% of the adjusted plan)
* Profit before tax: VND344.347 billion – 153.04% of the first plan and 104.35% of the adjusted plan)
* Profit after tax: VND260.588 billion
* Profit/charter capital: 42.35%
* Profit/revenue from the company’s gardens: 40.41%
* Expected dividend submitted to the shareholders’ meeting: 22% (146.67% of the first plan)
* Average salary (Including the thirst salay): VND4.7 million/employee
* Paying to State budget: VND93 billion (Including the 2009 payables)
* Investment: VND271 billion
The 2009 Campuchia project was planted 503ha (In the plan – 500ha). The company has reclaimed for 2,000ha in 2010.
2. Orientation of the 2010 business:
* Exploitation area of gardens: 11,070 ha
* Exploitation production: 21,500 tons of dry latex
* Capacity of garden: 1.95tons/ha
* Cost: VND24.5 million/ton
* Price: VND34 million/ton
* Total revenue of the company’s garden: VND731 billion
* Profit before tax: VND277 billion
* Dividend: 18%
* Investment: VND252 billion
* The Campuchia project: Planting 2,000 ha in 2010
3. Other matters:
* Authorizing the institution managing PHR shares for employees receiving dividend on time.
* The company was approved to use lands at Tan Binh Industrial Park from September 2009 and has waited for an approval at industrial parks at Binh Duong province to invest in quarter 3/2010.
* Completing documents for 02 urban areas at Tan Hung Farm and Lai Uyen Farm.
* Buying back the company’s shares: the company has bought 200,000 shares. If the company finishes that, total volume of treasury stock will be up 1,171,983 shares.
* Information disclosure: Mr. Duong Van Khen continues announcing the company’s information.
