3.Mr. Ngo Nguyen Dan resigned from Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 04/03/2010

4. Mr. Dang Phuong Thuy has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 04/03/2010

5. Mr. Vu Thanh Le has been appointed Director  with effect since 04/03/2010

6. Mr. Do Tuan Binh has been appointed Director  with effect since 04/03/2010

7. Mr. Tran Hoang Minh has been appointed Director  with effect since 04/03/2010
