- Mr. Nguyen Huu The has been appointed General Manager with effect since 01/02/2010

- Mr. Le Minh Hai has been appointed Deputy General Manager with effect since 01/02/2010

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhi has been appointed Deputy General Manager with effect since 01/02/2010.
