NHC: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, net income decreased 19% compared to Quarter III/2009. Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile Co-Operation explained the decrease in operating result in QIV/ 2009 as follows:

- In Quarter IV/2009 due to construction works were eventually completed, the demand for products has leveled off, therefore the sales of Brick- tile is not high. However the inventory is not sizable.

- On the other hand, at the time of last year, the company must repair and maintain machinery and equipment to better serve the production of next year.

- In order to maintain relationships with customers, the company has implemented policies to reward biggest customers and agents of the year. At the same time, the company has also rewarded workers pursuant to the bonus regime and plan of 2009.
