PRUBF1: Change in the Fund Representative Board
The Fund Representative Board of Prudential Balanced Fund 1 and Prudential Vietnam Fund Management Company declare the appointment of new member in the board as follows:
Mr. Pham Truong Giang has been appointed by PetroVietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation (PVFC) to replace Mr. Dam Minh Duc as a member of the Fund Representative Board as from September 22nd, 2009.
