Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation (PNC) has announced a personnel change as follows:

* Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh – a Member of the BOD as from September 2009. Reason: Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh joined in PNC’s activities with insufficient time.

* Appointing Ms. Phan Mong Thuy as a Deputy CEO as from January 01, 2010.
