CII: Explanation for an item in the quarter 4/2009 financial statements

CII announces the explanation for an item in the quarter 4/2009 financial statements as follows:

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) submitted the quarter 4/2009 financial statements to the State Securities Committee and HOSE on January 22, 2010. The statements included a change of ownership ratio at Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company (LUGIACO) and that change affected the accumulation profit of associate companies in the income statement of CII.
