ITC: Explanation for business fluctuation in quarter 4/2009

Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company (INTRESCO) has explained business difference in quarter 4/2009 and quarter 3/2009 as follows:

* Profit in quarter 3/2009: VND29,053,101,102

* Profit in quarter 4/2009: VND9,867,976,707

* Decreasing more than quarter 3/2009: VND19,185,124,395 (66%)

Reasons:

* Construction and erection works held high density in quarter 4/2009 but profit from the activities were lower than profit from trading properties.

* Because the securities market was better in quarter 3/2009, the company reversed provisions for financial investments in the previous time.
