SKS: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIII- 2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter III/2009, net income is VND 2,371,271,174 with a decrease of 31.9% compared to Quarter II/2009. Song Da Transportation Construction JSC explained the decrease in operating result in QIII/ 2009 as follows:

-         In Quarter II/2009, with the strong growth of Vietnam Stock market, the Company has disposed its portfolio and reduce the provision for securities investment of 2008 in order to realize profit.

-         In Quarter III, revenue and profit of the company merely come from the sales of merchandise and services.
