SD6: Information on business cooperation contract

Song Da No.6 JSC announces information on business cooperation contract with Song Da- Hoang Long JSC on Nam An Khanh project as follows:

-          Name of the project: Nam An Khanh New Urban Area

-          Site of the project: Lot HH6, Nam An Khanh New Urban Area, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi.

-          Total area: 2.4 ha

-          Total value of investment project: VND 1,817 bil.

-          Song Da No. 6 JSC contributes 30% of total value of the investment project. Song Da Hoang Long contributes 70% of the total value of the investment project.

-          Song Da No. 6 JSC is in charge of 60% of the engineering and construction of the project.
