Local firm hires Swiss for property management

A local investor has hired Swiss-Belhotel International to manage its luxury property to be developed in the resort town of Phan Thiet in Binh Thuan Province.

Khoi Nguyen Construction Investment Company will invest US$25 million in the Pavillon Villa and Resort. The project consists of 60 five-star villas with facilities designed by France-based Site Achitecture SARL.

Nguyen Ba Hoi, the company’s deputy director, told Thanh Nien this week the project aimed to tap rich local and foreign customers who want to own luxury properties for their vacations at the beach.

About 10 local and international customers have registered for the villas so far, Hoi said.

He said the property, which will be completed in 2012, would offer timeshares to customers. Under this model, customers will be able to share the property with others for a fixed period of time every year or rent it to the developer.
