CII: Information announcement

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) has announced some information as follows:

* Building the toll station on Hanoi Highway based on legal foundation and was approved by authorized organizations. Therefore, the toll collection at Hanoi Highway has applied to right objects and CII will not refund tolls from 2002 to now. Beside, the toll station on Hanoi Highway will not move to Dien Bien Phu St. according to some suggestions.

* Because the toll station on Hanoi Highway collected other vehicles on Thu Duc Intersection - Hanoi Highway – 25B Inter-province St. – Cai Lai Port and back, CII will not collect tolls on the vehicles in the nest time. The non-collection will not affect CII’s revenue.

* Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tai - Permanent Deputy Chairman of People’s Committee of HCMC. directed HCMC. Policemen to treat drivers who made traffic jam on September 30, 2009 and November 02, 2009.
