DBC: Adjustment of volume of shares offered to strategic shareholders on private placement

Dabaco Vietnam Corporation decided to adjust the volume of shares offered to strategic shareholders on private placement as follows:

- Each strategic shareholder is entitled to buy 100,000 shares at least and 1,300,000 shares at most.
