TCM: Announcement of a private placement

Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (TCG) is going to issue a private placement as follows:

* On July 21, 2009, TCG completed documents for State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) of issuing a private placement. On July 25, 2009, SSC confirmed a receipt of enough documents for this issue.

* The 2009 shareholders’ meeting approved the issue in the on April 25, 2009.

* Private offering volume: 6,000,000 shares

* Expected time for issue: November 10, 2009
