HTV: Official announcement

Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company (HTV: HATIEN TRANSCO) has announced an official information and rejected some information on Securities Investment Newspaper (*) as follows:

* On September 21, 2009, in the Securities Investment Newspaper edition 113, page 5: “According to information from HATIEN TRANSCO, at the time, investments were profitable” and “if the market develops in profitable way, profit before tax will be over VND40.779 billion”. HATIEN TRANSCO did not approve that information on the newspaper. Besides, the information of HATIEN TRANSCO in the Securities Investment Newspaper edition 117 page 5 was incorrect.

* HATIEN TRANSCO has informed the official information: “Profit from transportation service in quarter 3/2009 estimated VND5.5 billion”.
