* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on October 09 & 12, 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)
* Record date: October 13, 2009
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800/ share)
* Payment date: October 28, 2009

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company (Phuoc Hoa, Phu Giao, Binh Duong) as from October 28, 2009.
