Qatari Diar considering investment opportunities in Vietnam

Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Co., the property development unit of Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund, is considering investing in Danang, Vietnam, the company said in an e-mailed statement Wednesday.

A delegation headed by Nguyen Ba Thanh, a member of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Vietnam, met with Qatari Diar Chief Executive Officer Ghanim Bin Saad Al Saad on September 28, according to the statement.
