PNJ: Resolution of the 10th General Meeting
The 10th Shareholders’ Meeting approved the following issues:
Article 1: Adjusting the company’s business license with more business activities:
o Exporting, importing: jewellery gold; gold, silver, diamond, gemstone art objects; other precious metals; gold bullion.
o Production and dealing of jewellery in gold, silver and other precious metal, gemstone, semi gemstone, gold bullion.
o Pawn service.
o Dealing of jewellery machinery and equipment.
o Dealing and repairing of motors, motorbikes and accessories and parts.
Article 2: Authorized the Board of Directors to adjust the content of business registration according to the Planning and Investment of Hochiminh (if any).
Article 3: The resolution takes effect from the date of signing, July 27th 2009.
