PET: Petrosetco buys 3 PTSC’s subsidiaries

On 25 September 2009, Petroleum Technical Services Corporation (PET: PTSC) signed a contract to transfer three subsidiaries to Petrovietnam General Services Js Corporation (Petrosetco). They are PetroVietnam Asset Management and Development Co Ltd (PVA), PetroVietnam Ocean Trading and Services Co Ltd, and PTSC PetroVietnam Hotel Co Ltd (*). The transference was made through the way that Petrosetco bought all of PTSC’s share capital in above companies.

On 28 September 2009, Petrosetco signed another contract to transfer 60% of the capital contributed in PetroVietnam Gas Vessel Factory (*) to PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS).
