HAP: Announcement of Bonus Stock Issuance
Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces the record date for the bonus stock issuance of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company (HAP):
* Stock symbol: HAP
* Stock type: Common Stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: 15 October 2009
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 15 & 16 October 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)
* Record date: 19 October 2009
* Estimated issue volume: 1,681,637 shares
* Estimated date for trading: 05 November 2009
* Purpose: to issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders.
* Exercise ratio: 10% (or 10:1)
At the record date, each shareholder owning 10 shares will receive 1 new share. The bonus volume will be rounded down and the fractional part will be cancelled.
The rights to receive bonus stock are not allowed to be transferred. The new shares are allowed to be transferred.
Place to receive bonus shares:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At the head office of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company: 6th Floor, Khanh Hoi Building, Plot 2/3C, Le Hong Phong St., Ngo Quyen Distr., Hai Phong City.
Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for HAP on 16, 19 & 20 October 2009.
