NBP: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

NBP announces the record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Ninh Binh Thermal Power Joint-stock Company

- Head office: Hoang Dieu Street, Thanh Binh, Ninh Binh City

- Stock code: NBP

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 15/10/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 13/10/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 13/10 and 14/10/2009)

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 8% (shareholders receive VND 800 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 6/11/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Head office of NBP on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of NBP on 14/10, 15/10 and 16/10/2009.
