DIG: Business result in the first nine months

Development Investment Joint Stock Corporation (DIG: DIC Corp.) has disclosed some estimated business results in the first nine months of 2009:

* In Quarter III/2009, total revenue of DIC Corp. was estimated VND320 billion; and the accumulation of the first nine months was approximate VND770 billion, equal to 64.17% of the 2009 plan (plan: VND1,200 billion). Profit after tax in Quarter III/2009 was about VND185 billion; and accumulation of nine months was estimated VND388 billion, equivalent to 117.8% of the 2009 plan (plan: VND330 billion).

* In September 2009, DIC Corp. made an advance of a 12% cash dividend and balloted shareholders on a plan to increase capital to VND1,000 billion (for a private placement and the 2009 dividend payment).
