* Stock symbol    : VIC

* Stock type        : Common stock

* Par value           : VND10,000

* Ex-right date     : October 14, 2009

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on October 14 & 15, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date     : October 16, 2009

* Purpose: Collecting shareholders’ agreements by a ballot for issuing international convertible bonds and listing the bond on a foreign market

* Time for collecting shareholders’ agreements: From October 27, 2009 to November 07, 2009

Vietnam Securities Depository – HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend deposit activity for VIC on October 15, 16 and 19, 2009.
