DAD: Board Resolution

Da Nang Education Development and Investment JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 20/10/2009 as follows:

1. Splitting the Production – Issue Department into 2 departments: Issue planning department and Production – Store – Transportation department

2. Pooling with the Educational Publishing House in DaNang to invest in Warehouse in Hoa Cam which is a project transferred by Hoa Phat company. The expected resource: VND 6 billion for the first period, each pools 50%.

3. Buying a new Camry 2.4 car

4. Spending VND 1 billion on repurchasing shares for treasury stocks from now to 31/12/2009

5.   Dividend payment in 2009 will be same as decided by the Annual General Meeting 2009
