Ben Tre Transportation Works Construction: Notice of canceling auction

Ben Tre Transportation Works Construction Joint Stock Company has informed of canceling auction as follows:

Until the deadline of registration and deposit dated 12 October 2009, there was no investor registering to participate the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 13 of Decision No.117/QD-SGDHCM issued on 18 September 2009 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in Ben Tre Transportation Works Construction Joint Stock Company, the auction could not be organized.
