* Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

* Payment date: 08/10/2009

* Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (Pho Noi A Industrial Zone, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province).

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VIS on 21, 22 & 23/09/2009.
