HOSE announces the record date for a ballot as follows:

* Name of the listed firm:   Thanh Thanh Joint Stock Company

* Stock symbol:   TTC

* Stock type:       Common stock

* Par value:          VND10,000      

* Ex-right date:     21st September 2009 (in case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and above on 21st & 22nd September 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date:      23rd September 2009

* Purpose: Doing a ballot for not raising chartered capital and transferring listing from HOSE to HNX.

* Time of a ballot: From 5/10/09 to 15/10/09                      

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TTC on 22nd, 23rd & 24th September 2009.
