VPK: Personnel change

Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company (VPK: VPACK) has announced a new appointment of Managing Director as follows:

* Mr. Le Hoang Vu, Managing Director of VPACK with 03-year term as from August 20, 2009.

* Mr. Le Hoang Vu will receive a salary, welfare, benefit and other rights in the company’s regulation.
