Seminar on Vietnam’s status in Asia Pacific region
A seminar on Vietnam’s status in the Asia Pacific region is due to be held in Paris on September 22 by the Vietnamese Association in France in collaboration with the Vietnam Documentary Information Centre and the France-Vietnam Friendship Association.
At the seminar, researchers on Vietnam, representatives from the Vietnamese Association in France, the France-Vietnam Friendship Association and Vietnamese intellectuals in France will present reports on Vietnam’s position and role in the Asia Pacific region in the past and at present, particularly in context of the global economic downturn.
They also touched upon issues relating to Vietnam’s development and growth prospects in the years ahead. During the event, Prof. Patrice Cosaert from La Rochelle University in France will analyse the challenges facing the Asia Pacific region and Vietnam.
According to the organisation board, Vietnam’s dynamic development and its standing in the Asia Pacific have captured the attention of many French researchers in recent times.
The seminar will offer a good opportunity for French experts and financial analysts to gain a better understanding of Vietnam’s development as well as its potential and prospects for the future.
