Lukoil may deliver fuel oil to Vietnam under Petrolimex accord

OAO Lukoil signed a memorandum with Vietnam National Petroleum Corp., or Petrolimex, that may allow Russia’s largest non-state oil company to supply the Asian nation with fuel oil.

The two companies will hold talks on concluding an agreement on deliveries of as much as 500,000 metric tons of fuel oil starting in 2010, Moscow-based Lukoil said today in an e-mailed statement.
