VNECO 9 Electricity Construction JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28/7/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Adjustment of charter capital, share volume

- Charter capital: VND 33,489,370,000 divided into 3,348,937 shares at VND 10,000/share.
