CTB announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing JSC

- Stock code: CTB

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 14/8/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 12/8/2009

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 8% (Shareholders receive VND 800 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 31/08/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing JSC on working days from 31/8/2009. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of CTB on 13/8; 14/8 and 17/08/2009.
