TrustBank allowed to increase charter capital

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 6501/NHNN-TTGSNH on August 24 to permit the Great Trust Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (TrustBank) to increase its charter capital to VND 2,000 million from VND 1,000 million at the request of the SBV Branch in Long An province.

The Governor asked the SBV Branch in Long An province to appraise the documents submitted by the TrustBank and approve its charter capital increase in compliance with the applicable regulations.
