TLC: Explanation for the loss in the first 6 months of 2009

In the first 6 months of 2009 the company suffered a loss of VND 8.456 bil. Thang Long Telecommunications JSC explained for the loss as follows:

-  The company developed new products. These products had a small marketshare, high cost, thus brought low income

-  Inventory liquidation: the company sold inventory worth VND 1.489 bil. However, this amount was not included in the operating result of the first 6 months of the year under the regulation of Vietnam accounting standard.
