KBC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 17/08/2009 via the ballot. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Pooling with Vietnam national Coal – Mineral Industries Group – VINACOMIN to establish Bac Giang power JSC. Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation will contribute USD 81.6 million for 2 years (2010 – 2011), accounting for 51% of total value of Bac Giang power JSC

2. Repurchase from 6 million to 10 million shares of KBC for  treasury stock
