Bidding amount:
for each the bidding document, the maximum number of interest rates to be written is 5. For each interest rate, the bidding amount is USD 100,000 at a minimum and is multiplication of USD1,000. The total bidding amount (including competitive bidding and non-competitive bidding) cannot exceed the quantity of bonds offered.
Bidding method:
Combination of competitive and non-competitive coupon bidding. Non-competitive bond volume should not exceed 30% of total bond bidding volume.
Bond form:
Sell at par (100 USD), issue in a book entry form; to be listed on HASTC
Principal payment method:
Once at the par value when due
Coupon payment method:
Annually on the issue date
Method for Bidding slip submission
Bidding members directly submit the slips. Other institutions and individuals submit bidding slips through the bidding members.
