* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: 26 August 2009
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 26 August 2009 and 27 August 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)
* Record date: 28 August 2009
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)
* Payment date: 21 September 2009

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At THUDUC HOUSE - 384 Vo Van Ngan St., Binh Tho Ward, Thu Duc Dist., Hochiminh.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TDH on 27, 28 August & 01 September 2009.
