NHC announces the record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Nhi Hiep Brick - Tile Joint Stock Company

- Stock code:NHC

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 19/8/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 17/8/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 17 and 18/08/2009)

- Reasons: Dividend payment for first 6 months in 2009

+ Exercise rate: 18% (shareholders receive VND 1,800 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 07/09/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Nhi Hiep Brick - Tile Joint Stock Company .

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of NHC on 18/8; 19/8 and 20/08/2009.
