Song Da No.3 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 20/8/2009 as follows:

1. Operating results of the first 6 months 2009:

- Operating result: VND 194.6 bil.

- Sales: VND 129.9 bil.

- Profit: VND 10.1 bil.

2. Plan of the last 6 months

- Operating result: VND 195 bil.

- Sales: VND 197.3 bil.

- Profit: VND 18 bil.

3. Investment:

- Selling all the company’s equity (360,800 shares) in Song Da 6 JSC (At current price worth VND 11 bil.)

- Starting construction of Vinh Loc A urban project in Ho Chi Minh city (Total value: VND 650 bil.) in 2009 and selling products in 2010.

- Starting construction of Daklo hydro power project (Total value: VND 548 bil.) in 1/2010.

- Investment in equipment (Total value VND 30.5 bil.)in QIV/2009.
