QNC announces the record date for Dividend payment (1/9/2009) as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 1/9/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 28/8/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 28/8/2009)
- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009
+ Exercise rate: 15% (shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every 01 share they own)
+ Exercise date: 22/9/2009
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Quang Ninh Construction and Cement JSC, Cai Lan IZ, Gieng Day, Ha Long on working days since 22/9/2009. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
