SAV: Dividend Payment in Cash
Savimex Corporation (SAV) announces the record date for paying dividend and getting shareholders’ ballots:
* Stock symbol: SAV
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: 04 September 2009
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 04 September 2009 and 07 September 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)
* Record date: 08 September 2009
* Purpose:
1. To pay the first tranche of the 2009 dividend:
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)
- Payment date: 24 September 2009
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Savimex Corporation (194 Nguyen Cong Tru St., Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, Dist.1, HCMC).
Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
2. To ballot shareholders on voting another member to the Board of Directors of Savimex:
- Time for the ballot: from 21 September 2009 to 30 September 2009.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for SAV on 07, 08 & 09 September 2009.
