D2D: Explanation for business result in Q2/2009

Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 (D2D) has explained business result in Q2/2009 as follows:

* Profit in Q1/09: VND23,614,053,997

* Profit in Q2/09: VND7,452,408,118

* Profit in Q2/09 decreased 68% (VND16,161,645,879) in comparison with Q1/09.

Reason: Leasing the infrastructure in the industrial zone in the first 6 months was mostly recorded in Q1/09 as VND27,318 million, there was only VND20,602 million in Q2/09. In addition, operation expenses and depreciation of infrastructure in Q2/09 were as same as that in Q1/09.
