S99: Board Resolution
Song Da 9.09 JSC announces the Board Resolution as follows:
1. Operating results of QII/2009:
- Operation result: VND 34.1 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 8.094 bil.
2. QIII/2009 Plan:
- Operation value: VND 32.6 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 4.027 bil.
3. Operating plan of the last 6 months 2009
- Operation value: VND 65.052 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 8.368 bil.
4. Main targets:
- Ensure the progress of projects Son La, Lai Chau, hydro power plants, Nghi Xuan water supply plant, Quang Nam road.
- Capital recovery: Speed up the capital recovery, debt recovery.
* Project progress:
- Phinh Ho hydro power project: finish before 3/2/2011
- Ngoc Khanh urban zone project: starting construction in QIV/2009
- Vinh Ho urban zone project: drawing up and submitting for an approval of the 1/500 planning design being completed by 30/4/2009.
- Tan Van residential area project: project transfer carries ou t by the end of QI/2009
- Seek further opportunity in Russian market.
- Establishment of real estate trading floor to sell properties at Tan Van and other projects in the future.
- Study, seeking for 1, 2 easy mineral exploitation projects.
- Investment in a assembly line of construction materials to supply for the projects of the company; investment in crushing assembly lines, crane truck in Lai Chau, Son La, Nam Quang Nam.
- Seeking for other property, urban and IZ projects.
- Seeking for project to build office of the company.
