Song Da 9.01 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 3/8/2009 as follows:

1. Operating results of QII/2009:

- Operation result: VND 24.16 bil.

- Profit before tax: VND 477 mil.

2. QIII/2009 Plan:

- Operation value: VND 13.9 bil.

- Profit before tax: VND 1.43 bil.

- Capital recovery: VND 29.3 bil.

3. Operating plan of the last 6 months 2009

- Operation value: VND 27.01 bil.

- Profit before tax: VND 3.97 bil.

4. Investment:

- Equipment, projects, small projects, hydro power projects.

5. Management arrangement:

- Focus on working effectiveness of the staff .

- Improve training and recruitment activities to meet the requirement of production and business of the company.

- Moving the head office of the company to Danang city.

6. Solutions:

- Speed up the capital recovery, debt recovery to minimize the interest expenses.

- Settle definitely completed projects such as: Ankhe-kanak, Sesan 3, Sesan 4, Pleikrong projects.

- Ensure progress of projects to reduce the cost.

- Sell off unused materials, tools in QI/2009 to add capital for production and business of the company.

- Improve productivity of equipment and machines.
